Deposit
We will confirm your booking on receipt of the completed booking form and 30% deposit . Payment to be made in euros or pounds via bank transfer.

Balance
The balance of the outstanding rental is due four weeks before the rental commences; we will send you a reminder as late payment could result in cancellation.

Cancellations
If a cancellation is made more that eight weeks before the start of the rental then the deposit will be forfeited. If a cancellation is made less than four weeks before the start of the rental then the hirer shall be liable for the full balance.

Electricity, Gas, Wood
No separate charges are made for the electricity, bed linen and towels. There is a 25€ cleaning charge to be paid to the house manager..

Arrival/ Departure
The apartment will be ready for occupation between 17.00 and 19.00, If you arrive outside these times please let us know so that we can arrange to get the key to you.0n your departure day, we ask you to vacate the apartment by 11am.

Hirer's responsibility
Please take care of the property and its contents during your stay.Damage, particularly to electrical equipment must be reported. You will be asked for a breakages deposit equivalent to 200€ which will be returned to you on the day of your departure.Under no circumstances can the owner be held responsible for the loss or theft of the hirers valuables or personal items during their stay.

Help/Assistance
On arrival you will be met by our British house manager Kerry. You will be given a contact number in case you need any help or have any problems during your stay.
